HomeAdvisor.cc does not perform any home improvement, construction, or repair work. We are not a contractor, construction company, or licensed service provider. We make no representations regarding the quality, licensing, or availability of any contractor in our network.

4. Lead Generation & Contractor Contact

By submitting a quote request on this Platform and providing TCPA consent, you agree to be contacted by up to 4 matched contractors or lead-buying partners by phone, email, or SMS — including automated and prerecorded messages. You understand that contractors contacting you are independent businesses, not employees or agents of HomeAdvisor.cc.

5. Homeowner Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for:

• Verifying contractor licenses, insurance and bonding before hiring
• Conducting due diligence on any contractor before entering into a contract
• All contractual agreements and payments made with contractors
• Any dispute arising between the homeowner and any contractor

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HomeAdvisor.cc and its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of this Platform, contractor interactions, or project outcomes.

7. No Warranty

This Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any contractor will respond to your request.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Platform — including text, design, logos, and graphics — is the property of HomeAdvisor.cc and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which HomeAdvisor.cc is registered. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

10. Changes to Terms
